How to pay and order?
Payments can be made thru bank with the following account details and
fill up the form below to book your order and choose delivery option. Please
read the guide below about the delivery option.

DELIVERY OPTION
Option 1 - Messenger (minimum of P1000)
Delivery by messenger within Metro Manila P100 (for load not
exceeding 5kg), for load exceeding 5kg, delivery fee would be based on taxi
expenses.
Delivery by messenger is by schedule based on area.
Payment can be COD, However if delivery items is worth more than 10k,
we require downpayment (the amount exceeding P10k), the maximum cash to be carry
by our messenger would be P10k for safety of our messenger.
Lead time is 1 to 4 days. Due to high number of delivery, we cannot
guaranteed time of delivery. delivery schedule is by area.
Option 2 - Air 21
Shipping via Air21 nationwide. Estimate shipping fee would be
as ff.
P100 first 2kg (Metro Manila)
P120 first 2kg (outside Metro Manila)
Payment would be made in advance via Metro Bank deposit including the
shipping fee.
Lead time, 1 to 2 days upon confirmation of payment.
Option 3 - AP Cargo (Visayas and Mindanao
Only)
Shipping via AP Cargo, freight fee will be collected by AP
CARGO in majority of the case
Payment would be made in advance via Metrobank deposit
Leadtime, 1 to 3 days upon confirmation of payment.
What is the warranty of printer? warranty of
cis kit?
1. all cis kits sold by The Net have standard 30days full warranty + 11 months
additional service warranty
2. all printers sold by The Net will have 1 year discounted paid warranty
What is discounted paid warranty? How does it differ from full warranty?
1. full warranty covers parts and service, The Net will repair (or replace at
its direction) parts (as long as it is not due to misuse) free of
charge. Consumables are not included in warranty. Example of consumables are
inks, papers, etc
2. Paid warranty is same as full warranty except client shoulder the cost
of warranty. The reason why paid warranty is applied to printer
is because printer manufacturer (epson, canon, brother, hp) voids warranty
if non-orig inks is used even if the cause of printer problem
is not related to non-orig inks.
3. Discounted paid warranty is paid warranty with discount.
The Net support the client by sharing the burden of warranty with client.
The Net offers the ff free service (100% discount free): diagnostic
fee, transportation fee to third party service center if needed,
software reset, retubing of cis. For hardware related problem, the
cost of repair is subject to 20% discount.
What is the standard repair cost of printer and leadtime?
standard repair fee = P800, leadtime = 14 working days
What is the warranty of other products?

note:
1. Any product found to be defective 3 days from date of purchase, will be
replaced with a new unit, provided
(1) With ORIGINAL receipt
(2) Complete Contents and Packaging
(3) No physical damage to the unit.
2. For defective items return after 3 days but within warranty period, client
must leave the items to The Net. The duration of the repair will depend on the
extent of the damage and the availability of its parts.
For items that do not belong to our company, the product will be sent to the
brand-owner, we will shoulder the transportation cost. Duration of the repair
will depend on the brand-owner, and is not controlled by our company. However,
we will do our best to give you updates and do follow ups.
How do I claim warranty?
1. To claim warranty, client must bring the items together with the receipt to
our office. Our staff will receive the items and issue item receipt form. The
client need to present the item receipt form when claiming. Due to numerous
transaction, all unclaim items within 60 days will automatically be disposed.
What are the requirements for dealership?
Dealers will be entitle to special
prices. The requirement to become dealers is simple, after accumulating P20k
worth of purchase (excluding printer and bondpaper purchase) within a year period, client can apply for
dealership. Client needs to present photocopy of receipts.
Alternatively, we have accelerated program of dealerships, wherein, a client
with initial purchase of P20k (excluding printer and bondpaper purchase), can automatically become
dealer and avail of dealer's price immediately
